A regular contributor to radio and TV news shows and documentaries, she also writes magazine articles, web resources, and booklets for museums and galleries, and runs workshops and gives talks and lectures around the world.Violet Lemay is an award-winning author and illustrator whose children's books include 100 Pablo Picassos, My Foodie ABC, and the Local Baby series that includes New York Baby, Chicago Baby, Beach Babies, and San Francisco Baby. Before moving to New York State, Violet worked as Professor of Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Georgia.
